Guests can choose up to five free samples from the hard cider and wine selections currently being served. Try a few different options, compare flavors, and find the one you want to enjoy by the pour. When you find a favorite, we have bottles and four-packs you can buy for home!
Our available selections can change, giving returning visitors another reason to see what’s being poured during their next visit.
Discover Louisburg Hard Cider
Louisburg Cider Mill began making hard cider on-site in 2022, adding a new chapter to a business long known for fresh apple cider.
Our hard cider offerings include familiar favorites along with rotating selections and our Estate Series. Our Estate Series Hard Ciders are made with apples grown at our very own Pome on the Range orchard in Williamsburg, Kansas.

The Tasting Room is also your destination to explore Louisburg Cider Mill’s fruit wines and Perry.
Our fruit wine offerings bring different fruits, like apple and cherry, into the Louisburg lineup, while Perry offers something you may have never tried before: a refreshing fermented beverage made from 100% pear juice.

There's Nothing Like an Outdoor Tasting in the Fall
Fall is the busiest time of year at Louisburg Cider Mill, and our Tasting Room becomes a natural stop between everything else happening on the farm.
During the fall, hard cider and wine tastings move outside to dedicated hard cider and fruit wine stations, giving visitors access to these Louisburg products while the whole family enjoys our Country Store, Pressing Barn, Family Farm, Ciderfest, and other seasonal activities.
