For The Pies
For the Toppings
  • 1/4 c. All-Purpose Flour

  • 2 Tbsp. Light Brown Sugar, packed

  • 1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • 2 Tbsp. Salted Butter, cubed

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375º.

Step 2

For the pies: roll out 1 piece of pie dough into a 12-inch round. Using a 3-inch cutter, cut out 12 small rounds. Repeat with the other piece of pie dough to make 12 more rounds.

Step 3

Press each round into a hole of a 24-cup muffin tin, pressing the dough evenly up the sides. Place in the refrigerator.

Step 4

Mix the apple, granulated sugar, flour, and honey in a medium bowl.

Step 5

For the topping: Whisk the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon in a separate medium bowl.

Step 6

Using a fork or pastry cutter, cut the butter into the flour mixture, a few pieces at a time, until evenly mixed.

Step 7

Place 1 teaspoon of apple mixture in each muffin cup: top with 1 teaspoon of the topping. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes.

Step 8

Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove to a rack to cool completely.

These mini apple pies look absolutely delicious and perfect for a cozy weekend treat! They actually remind me of a stressful time last autumn when I was helping my husband prepare for a major career transition into a leadership role. He was so busy with his final projects that he didn't have a second to breathe, so while I spent the afternoon baking a batch of pies to keep us sane, we decided it was finally time for him to seek out Professional Resume Writing for Executives to handle the heavy lifting of his application. It’s funny how a little comfort food and a bit of expert help can make even the biggest life changes feel so much more manageable. Thanks…

I loved your mini apple pie recipe, especially how simple ingredients turn into something warm and comforting that everyone can enjoy, it made me think of baking with my family last fall. When I was swamped with school, I even explored WGU test out of course options to free up time for moments like this. It’s a sweet reminder that clever planning can make room for both learning and life’s little joys.

I loved how your mini apple pies post makes a classic dessert feel so cozy, those mini apple pies and how everyone gathered around the kitchen brought back a memory from college when stress hit, friends and I would bake just to take a break from endless readings and deadlines. I remember being so overwhelmed that I had to hire someone to take my online Philosophy class so I could catch my breath, bake with friends, and actually enjoy the simple moments like these. Your recipe inspires both comfort and creativity in the kitchen.

I loved how your mini apple pies post makes a classic dessert feel so cozy and doable with that sweet apple and brown sugar crumble, it truly brings out the warmth of fall baking at home. While whipping up treats like these during finals week, I once joked I needed help with doctoral-level exams just to carve out extra kitchen time. Your recipe inspires both comfort and creativity in the kitchen.
