Ingredients

Instructions

First, turn your oven to 350º and grease your bundt cake or donut pan. Set aside. Next, mix our Louisburg Cider Mill Donut Mix (2 lb bag) with 2 1/2 cups of Old Fashioned Apple Cider and 1 tsp. Apple Pie Spice with your hand mixer on low and then 2 minutes on high speed.

Pour the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean without any batter clinging to it. Set the pan on a cooling rack for 15 minutes.

If using the donut pan, the bake time will need to be altered, we suggest 10-11 minutes or until the edges and tops are lightly browned. You can test by pressing your finger into the top of the donut, if the donut bounces back, they’re done. Cool donuts for 2 minutes then transfer to a wire rack. Re-grease the pan and bake the remaining donut batter.

While your cake is baking, melt 2 Tbs. of butter to drizzle over the cake after it has cooled. Mix 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon together, and sprinkle over the melted butter. Enjoy!

This cider donut Bundt cake looks absolutely delicious! I really like how it captures the classic apple cider donut flavor in a cake form, especially for people who want the same cozy fall taste without making individual donuts. It reminded me of how online communities often share creative ideas and updates around their favorite hobbies and games. Recently, I came across the Nulls Brawl Discord community where players discuss new features, updates, and tips in a similar spirit of sharing experiences and bringing fans together. It's always great to see communities, whether around baking or gaming, creating spaces where people can discover something new and connect with others who enjoy the same things.
