Pumpkin Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins

A Louisburg Cider Mill twist on your standard chocolate chip muffins. If you are a pumpkin fan - this is the recipe for you! Enjoy for breakfast, or a snack through the day.
Ingredients
2 c. All-Purpose Flour
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/3 c. Milk
1 Egg
¼ c. Vegetable Oil
1 c. Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 425°F
Prepare Muffin Tin with Liners for Easy Clean Up
In a Large Bowl, Combine Flour, Salt, Baking Soda, and Baking Powder
In a Separate Bowl Combine Pumpkin Butter, Milk, Egg, and Vegetable Oil
Combine the Mixtures and Stir Until Combined (it will be very thick)
Stir in Chocolate Chips
Bake for 15 Minutes
Serve Warm and Enjoy!
