Cream Cheese + Louisburg Cider Mill Apple Cider Caramel Sauce = Drool Worthy
This treat is one you can whip up any time of the year when you are craving a sweet, caramel dessert!
Ingredients
2 c. Brown Sugar, packed
4 c. All-Purpose Flour
2 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 Large Eggs
2 c. Milk
2/3 c. Vegetable Oil
For Filling
4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 c. Granulated Sugar
2 Large Egg
Instructions
Grease 2 1 lb loaf pans and preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a medium mixing bowl combine brown sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt
In a separate mixing bowl - beat eggs, milk, and oil
Gradually add dry mixture to wet until just moist
Pour a quarter of the mixture into each pan
In another mixing bowl combine ingredients for the filling
Top just the center of the mixture in the load pan with cream cheese
Pour remaining batter into each loaf pan allowing for room to rise
Add a strip of the Louisburg Cider Mill Apple Cider Caramel Sauce to the top of the batter and swirl with a knife
Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
