Teachers and Staff,
Hello, it’s time for another season at
the Louisburg Cider Mill. Please come
join us for our 33rd year of Cider
Making!
We offer a guided tour for groups of 15
or more of the Louisburg Cider Mill
observing the entire process of making
apple cider which includes:
-
Apples being unloaded
-
Pressing the apples
into cider
-
Bottling of the cider
-
A cup of apple cider
and a cider doughnut per person
-
Also, brewing and
bottling our famous Lost Trail Root
Beer.
The cost of this tour,
including the apple cider and doughnut,
is $3 per person. Payment must be made
prior to the tour by check, cash or
credit card.
After touring the processing buildings,
your group can visit our Country store
where they can watch our Apple Cider
Doughnuts being made. Then they can
browse our wide selection of gourmet
goodies, gifts and baskets.
In addition to the activities outlined
above, we also offer other fun-filled
experiences. (see the enclosed flyer).
Our tours begin on Monday September
7th and end on October 30th, 2009.
Tours of the Louisburg Cider Mill are
scheduled Mondays through Fridays from
10:00 am to 3:00 pm. excluding the lunch
hour from noon to 1 p.m.
