Frosty Orange Louisburg Cider

Serving For One

In a blender, place:
1/3 cup Ginger Ale
1/2 cup Orange Sherbet
1/8 tsp. Louisburg Cider Spice (optional), and
3/4 cup Louisburg Apple Cider

Blend 8 to 10 seconds. Serve in a chilled glass.

Tea-Infused Louisburg Cider

Serving For One

3 tsp. of a Liquid Tea Concentrate (a flavor, or sweetened is fine)
3/4 cup (6 oz.) Louisburg Apple Cider
Fresh Lime to taste

Blend and chill. Serve over ice, garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lemon slice.

Louisburg Cider Pink Bubbly

Makes 2-1/2 Quart Pitcher

2 cups Cranberry Juice, chilled
2 cups cold Louisburg Apple Cider
4 cups cold Ginger Ale (or a lemon-lime soda)

Pour first 2 ingredients into container and stir. Add the ginger ale and stir briefly, then serve right away. As a bubbly, float strawberry slices for the garnish. Sherbet is also a nice addition for a party punch bowl.

Buttered Rum Spiced Louisburg Cider

Can Be Made in Large Quantities

6 cups Louisburg Apple Cider
2 Tblsp. Louisburg Cider Spices
3/4 cup Rum (light or dark)
6 — 1/2 Tblsp. Butter
6 — Louisburg Cinnamon Sticks

Warm cider to just below boiling, add Cider Spices (use a tea ball). Steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add Rum, garnish each mug with a Cinnamon Stick and 1/2 tablespoon butter.

Coffee server or crock pot is great for keeping Cider beverage warm.

Vanilla Citrus Root Beer Adult Beverage

Serving For One

4 oz Lost Trail Root Beer
1-1/2 oz Vanilla Citrus Liqueur (such as Tuaca)
Vanilla Ice Cream (optional)

Pour Liqueur into a tall glass, over ice and fill the glass with Lost Trail Root Beer and gently stir. If desired, add 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream to create a Liqueur Root Beer Float.

Hot Apple Pie Adult Beverage

Serving For One

5 oz warm Louisburg Apple Cider
1-1/2 oz Vanilla Citrus Liqueur (such as Tuaca)
Whipped Cream
Louisburg Cinnamon Stick

Pour ingredients into a mug. Garnish with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick.

Lost Trail Black Cow Root Beer Float

Vanilla Ice Cream
Root Beer
Chocolate Syrup
Whipped Cream
Maraschino Cherries

Pour Lost Trail Root Beer over ice cream and chocolate syrup in a large tumbler glass. Garnish with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. Serve with a straw and a long spoon.
