Ciderfest Vendor Information
Vendor Update for Ciderfest 2016:
We are currently FULL and will not be accepting any more vendors for our 2016 Ciderfest. We will begin taking reservations for 2017 after this year’s Ciderfest weekends have concluded. Please see below for more information about pricing and regulations for future Ciderfest events. Thank you for your interest!
Welcome! You are invited to bring your wares to our 39th Annual Ciderfest being held on September 24th & 25th and October 1st & 2nd, 2016. Last year the event drew more than 20,000 people for the two-day weekends. Space is limited. First consideration is given to handmade arts & crafts. Commercial booths may be slotted if space is available at the last minute and at LCM discretion.
Place: Louisburg Cider Mill & Country Store, 14730 Hwy. 68, Louisburg, KS, 3 miles west of Louisburg, Kansas on Hwy 68.
Time: Booths must be open 8am-6pm Saturday and Sunday. SET UP BEGINS NO EARLIER THAN 6 PM FRIDAY, SEPT 23rd AND 6 PM FRIDAY, SEPT 30th. Booth spaces will be marked and booth numbers posted at 6 pm on the Friday before each weekend.
Booth Size: All spaces are 10′ X 10′. Multiple spaces may be purchased together. Please bring your own tables, shelves, hooks, materials for backdrops and enclosures for your booth. NO CASH CHANGE AVAILABLE.

One 10×10 ft booth You Choose Booth # $300 / 1 weekend $400 / 2 weekends ***ADD $100 to total if you choose a PREMIUM booth***
One 20×10 ft booth You Choose Booth #s $450 / 1 weekend $600 / 2 weekends ***ADD $100 to total if you choose a PREMIUM booth***
Add’l Fee: A $30 fee per weekend will be charged for electricity if needed.(Amps are limited; this is only to be used for low wattage items.) Bring 50′ extension cord.
Confirmation: Vendor’s canceled check will serve as confirmation.
Crafts: All sale items must be approved by Cider Mill management. Exhibitors, upon arrival please check in at the main (east) door of the Country Store for the location of your space.
Food: No private food concession without prior written permission. Food will be served on the grounds by churches and other local organizations.
General: No working from vehicles this year due to county ordinance. Vendor vehicles must be parked in the designated vendor parking area. See map in vendor packet for location. Each vendor must remove their own trash. LCM does not provide security, and is not responsible for the contents of the booths.
Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for collecting their won sales tax when applicable. The current rate for our location is: 7.65%
EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE. ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. BOOTH SETUP CANNOT BEGIN UNTIL AFTER COUNTRY STORE CLOSES EACH FRIDAY (6PM)
